Water damage from plumbing, water heater, heating or cooling system or appliance
Why do I need Home Owners Insurance?
Home insurance is an investment that you take on to protect your home and family comforts. It is available in two different forms: buildings insurance and contents insurance, or you can opt for a comprehensive plan that will include both. Home insurance offers you a certain amount of cover, which you can use to rebuild your home should disaster strike.
What is the Policy duration?
The policy runs for 12 months and is renewable annually.
Can I cancel the Policy?
You may cancel the policy at any time by notifying us in writing or via email using your registered email address. We may cancel the policy by giving you seven days’ written notice to your last known address. We will charge you on a pro rata basis for the time we have been on cover plus an administration fee and pay any refund due to you. There will be no refund if we have paid a claim or one is outstanding at the time you cancel your policy.​
What is the claim process?
In the event of a claim event:

  • Upload/Submit all relevant documents

  • Claim is processed internally

  • Claim is Settled
