What risks does your policy cover?

It depends where you live, but standard homeowners insurance policies will typically help pay to repair damage to the immovable structures on your property; these are all the permanent fixtures, fittings and improvements (such as walls, roofs, your swimming pool, gates and gate motors, underground pipes and cables) caused by certain risks, or perils, including:

Frozen Plumbing

Water damage from plumbing, water heater, heating or cooling system or appliance

Minimum Contribution amount is N5,000.00 per annum

Why do I need Home Owners Insurance?

Can I cancel the Policy?

You may cancel the policy at any time by notifying us in writing or via email using your registered email address. We may cancel the policy by giving you seven days’ written notice to your last known address. We will charge you on a pro rata basis for the time we have been on cover plus an administration fee and pay any refund due to you. There will be no refund if we have paid a claim or one is outstanding at the time you cancel your policy.
