Alh. NURA MOHAMMED DANKADAI was born in Tudun Wada Dankadai, Kano State, Nigeria in 1962 to the family of Alh. Muhammad Inuwa Dankadai, the district head of Tudun Wada now Tudun Wada Local Government Area. He had his primary and secondary education in Tudun Wada and he is a graduate of Kano State Polytechnic with an OND and HND in Graphics Design.
He also has other certifications from various institutions. He has over 30 years’ work experience in the private and public sector. Between 1999 to 2003, he served as a Commissioner of Commerce and Information with the Kano State Government and later became the state’s vice chairman in the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Kano South.
In the year 2014, he was a member of the Adamawa State Governorship Nomination Screening Committee and member of Elders Committee for APC Abuja and Kano respectively. He is a Board member of Usman Danfodio University Sokoto State. He was Chairman of Education Promotion Committee for Tudun Wada Local Government Area and he’s currently the Special Adviser, Government Affairs to the Executive Governor of Kano State
